His story
Helping people separate who they are from who they were told to be.
Gil has spent decades helping people. His background includes years of spiritual leadership, teaching, writing, podcasting, mentoring, and working personally with people seeking greater freedom.
Over time, Gil became increasingly interested in a fundamental question: Who would you be if you stopped living according to everyone else’s expectations?
Much of his work focuses on the programming, agreements, expectations, and belief systems that can quietly determine how people live—from family and cultural programming to fear, past experiences, and definitions of success inherited from other people.
“The goal is not to make people become more like Gil. It is to help them become more authentically themselves.”
Ideas he explores
Freedom should make room for life.
- 01Recognizing inherited programming and unconscious agreements
- 02Choosing authenticity instead of performing expectations
- 03Becoming more conscious, courageous, and willing to question
- 04Creating room to laugh, explore, love, think, create, and change
